For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 5 to 15 below zero expected. * WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, northwest, southwest, and western Pennsylvania, and northern West Virginia. * WHEN...For the Extreme Cold Warning, until 11 AM EST Saturday. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 7 PM Saturday to 11 AM EST Sunday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
